Meet Medley
Medley Long is a lifelong advocate for business, creativity, and civic progress. His passion was ignited early—launching his first venture at just 15—and has since led him to found and grow a range of businesses and nonprofit organizations. He currently serves as Owner and Creative Director of Medley Creative Group, a branding and marketing firm based in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Medley recently completed a campaign for State Representative in the 6th Essex District, where he earned the Republican nomination and sparked a strong, community-focused movement around government accountability and transparency. Though the campaign has concluded, his dedication to public service and civic engagement continues.
Medley’s leadership experience includes serving as a two-term President of the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce, and currently as President of Beverly Homecoming, Vice President of both the Beverly Farms Improvement Society and Beverly 400+, and Board Member of the Beverly Holiday Parade and West Beach Corporation.
Beyond his business and civic roles, Medley has been a passionate supporter of the arts, education, and recovery services. He has served as President of the Scholarship Trust for Addiction Recovery Services, Vice President of the North of Boston Arts Center, and Advisory Committee Member for The Cabot Theatre. He has also contributed to city planning and education through service on the Beverly Public Schools Finance & Facilities Committee and the City of Beverly’s Financial Forecasting Committee.
His efforts have been recognized with several honors, including the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2013), the Community Heroes Award (2020) for COVID-19 leadership, and Citizen of the Year (2022) for his enduring service to Beverly.
A proud Beverly resident, Medley embraces coastal living while staying focused on strengthening the community he calls home. Whether through business, creative work, or civic leadership, his mission remains the same: building a brighter, more connected future for all.
